Bestfluor® 3575 is a black, low compression set perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) designed for dry and wet semiconductor process environments. It features excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical properties and outstanding thermal stability, with low weight loss in reactive plasmas and good resistance to thermal cycling. Not recommended for amine environments. Ultrapure post-cleaning and clean packaging are available as options.
Application Range
  1. Semiconductor Dry Processes Seals for plasma treatment, etching equipment,deposition
  2. Ultrapure Fluid Systems Seals for pipelines conveying high-purity water, oxidants and organic solvents, strong acids.
  3. High-Temperature Sealing  O-rings and custom engineered seals for high-temperature service and thermal cycling in semiconductor production tools
  4. Semiconductor Wet Processes Seals applied in cleaning, etching, photoresist stripping and high-purity chemical delivery

  • Max continuous service temperature: 316°C, short-term higher temperature exposure allowed
  • Compression set: 25% at 204°C/70h; remains low (45%) even at 300°C

  • Excellent resistance to semiconductor chemistries: Piranha, SC-1/SC-2, HF, H₂SO₄, HNO₃, NMP, etc., with extremely low volume swell
