Screw Valve Seals are core dynamic sealing components for positive displacement screw dispensing valves, precision metering screw valves and high-viscosity screw transfer valves. Designed for screw-stator meshing rotation, they prevent glue leakage along the screw shaft, isolate power and fluid chambers, stabilize metering accuracy and ensure consistent, repeatable precise dispensing under high pressure, high viscosity, filled particles and dynamic rotary friction conditions. Widely compatible with single/dual-component screw dispensing systems, they effectively solve shaft leakage, pressure instability, metering drift, particle wear and glue curing jamming, serving as critical consumables for high-viscosity and filled adhesive precision dispensing.

Screw valves deliver glue via precision screw rotation, operating under harsh conditions: 0–20MPa high pressure, continuous shear of high-viscosity fluid, hard particle scouring, low-to-medium speed rotary friction and media curing risk. This demands excellent wear resistance, particle resistance, creep resistance, swelling resistance, low friction and long service life from sealing materials. Manufactured from modified PTFE composite, high-elastic fluororubber, wear-resistant elastomer with stainless steel spring-energized structure, these seals undergo high-temperature molding, precision turning, wear strengthening, low-friction coating and anti-curing treatment. They deliver outstanding performance: wear & particle resistance, low friction, high-pressure self-energized sealing, medium swelling resistance, aging resistance and anti-jamming.
