Product Overview

The R29 type seal is a high-performance combined seal ring composed of a PTFE rectangular cross-section slip ring and an NBR rectangular loading ring. It is specially designed for piston sealing systems of hydraulic cylinders in heavy machinery and metallurgical equipment. Featuring a professional composite structure, this seal is dedicated to two-way pressure-bearing piston sealing applications, especially suitable for large-diameter piston working conditions, delivering stable and durable sealing performance under heavy-duty and high-pressure environments.

Material Characteristics
  • PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Possesses excellent pressure resistance, extrusion resistance and wear resistance, with low friction coefficient and good thermal conductivity. The material runs smoothly without crawling, ensuring long-term stable dynamic sealing of the piston.
  • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Serves as the core loading and preloading element. The special-shaped rubber structure provides high and uniform sealing contact pressure, effectively compensating for assembly gaps and pressure changes to achieve zero-leakage sealing.
