The R30 type seal is a two-piece combined seal composed of a PTFE special-shaped cross-section slip ring and a nitrile rubber (NBR) preload spring ring. Combining the low friction and wear resistance of PTFE with the excellent elastic preload performance of NBR rubber, this structure is specially optimized for large-diameter and heavy-load hydraulic working conditions. It provides stable and reliable long-term sealing performance under high-pressure and heavy-duty operating environments.
- PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Features ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, high pressure resistance and outstanding extrusion resistance. It realizes smooth sliding operation without stick-slip phenomenon, ensuring stable dynamic sealing for a long time.
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Acts as a preloading elastic element. It provides continuous and uniform contact pressure through its special cross-section design, compensates for assembly gaps and pressure changes, and maintains close fitting of the PTFE slip ring to achieve zero-leakage sealing.
- Two-piece Combined Structure: Consists of a PTFE special-shaped cross-section slip ring and an NBR rubber preload ring. The rigid and flexible composite structure gives full play to the advantages of both materials, achieving higher sealing stability than single-material seals.
- Suitable for Large-diameter & Heavy-load Working Conditions: The optimized composite structure perfectly adapts to large-diameter cylinder installation and heavy-load operation scenarios, solving the problems of insufficient rigidity and poor pressure resistance of conventional seals under heavy loads.
