The primary green outer ring is molded from high-grade polyurethane (PUR) or specialty engineering elastomers, offering outstanding wear resistance, superior tear strength, and a low compression set.
The internal black energizer consists of a high-performance Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-ring, ensuring long-term elasticity and thermal resilience without losing its pre-loading force over extended service periods. This combination allows the seal to operate smoothly across a wide temperature spectrum from -35°C to +110°C, remaining highly compatible with mineral-based hydraulic oils, water-glycol fluids, and biodegradable synthetic lubricants.
