Product Introduction

Hot Melt Adhesive Pump Seals are core precision sealing components for hot melt adhesive transfer pumps, melt gear pumps and high-temperature metering pumps. They prevent melt leakage, stabilize pump chamber pressure, ensure metering accuracy and reliable continuous conveying under high temperature, high pressure and high viscosity working conditions. Widely compatible with EVA, PO, PA, PUR and other hot melt adhesive melt conveying systems, they effectively solve common problems such as shaft end glue leakage, flange leakage, pressure fluctuation, carbon deposition jamming and high-temperature aging failure, serving as critical consumables for stable hot melt production lines.

Hot melt pumps operate under extreme conditions: 120℃–350℃, 0–35MPa high pressure, continuous scouring by high-viscosity melt, and dynamic rotary friction at the shaft seal. This demands excellent high-temperature resistance, creep resistance, swelling resistance, wear resistance, carbon deposition resistance and rebound stability from sealing materials. Manufactured from special perfluoroelastomer, modified PTFE composite and high-temperature resistant wear-resistant elastomer, these seals undergo high-temperature shaping, precision grinding, mirror anti-stick treatment, anti-carbonization strengthening and spring-energized structure optimization. They deliver outstanding performance: high temperature resistance, low permanent compression set, high resilience, melt swelling resistance, carbon deposition resistance and long wear life. With precise dimensions and high coaxiality, they adapt to high-speed shaft rotation and high-pressure flange static sealing, maintaining stable sealing during 24/7 continuous high-temperature and high-pressure conveying.

Highly compatible with media, they suit EVA, polyolefin, polyurethane PUR, PA, rosin-based hot melt adhesives and various high-temperature high-viscosity polymer melts.
