The solid sealing body (shown in black) is molded from high-grade Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), or premium Fluoroelastomer (FKM) compound, depending on thermal and chemical system demands. This engineering-grade elastomeric base exhibits superior resistance to compression set, exceptional tear strength, and high material stability. It functions seamlessly within a broad operational temperature window from -35°C to +110°C (up to +200°C when utilizing specialized fluoropolymer variants) and offers absolute chemical compatibility with mineral-based hydraulic oils, industrial lubricants, water-glycol fluids, and environmental synthetic greases.
The sharp, geometric rectangular design ensures excellent cross-sectional stability within the installation groove, completely preventing the seal from rolling, twisting, or spiraling during assembly or system pressure fluctuations. Under compression, the material uniformly distributes its pre-load forces to establish a continuous, high-integrity contact barrier against both mating surfaces.
