R33
| Max pressure | 350 Bar |
| Temp range | -45°C~200°C |
| Max speed | 15m/sec |
The R33 is a double-acting low-friction rod seal solution for compact o-ring grooves, that extends the service range above what an o-ring alone is capable of supporting. The R33 is designed for light-duty applications, is particularly suited for small-diameter installations, and due to its size and design, is easy to install. High-performance materials, like HLX, provide outstanding wear and extrusion resistance properties as well as large range of temperature and media compatibility.
The R33 is designed to be used in existing dynamic o-ring grooves and does not require any groove modification. A good choice for pneumatic and hydraulic equipment sealing needs.
Small‑diameter rod sealing (core application): Specially designed for small‑diameter cylinders (from 4mm), ideal for mini cylinders, small pneumatic cylinders, precision instruments, and small hydraulic valves with extremely limited space.
Compact O‑ring groove upgrade replacement: Fits directly into existing dynamic O‑ring grooves without modification; delivers far superior sealing and service life than standalone O‑rings; perfect for quick upgrades of standard equipment.
Light‑duty hydraulic & pneumatic equipment: Designed for light‑duty applications, suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems; widely used in automation, small fixtures, electronics, medical devices, and precision actuators.
Medium‑pressure high‑speed reciprocating mechanisms: Rated up to 350bar with max speed 15m/s; low friction, no stick‑slip; ideal for high‑speed small servos, high‑speed valves, and mini cylinders.
Wide‑temperature & multi‑fluid environments: Operates from -45°C to 200°C; compatible with mineral oils, synthetic esters, water‑based fluids; not suitable for phosphate esters; fits cold, hot, and multi‑fluid conditions.
Extremely space‑limited installations: Ultra‑compact, easy installation; perfect for miniaturized, integrated hydraulic/pneumatic components like small robots, portable devices, precision instruments, and small power units.
Long‑life low‑maintenance equipment: Excellent wear & extrusion resistance; longer life and less maintenance than standard O‑rings; for continuous‑running small automation lines, precision equipment, and outdoor small units.
