This structural configuration utilizes system fluid pressure to mechanically optimize the sealing lip contact force against the mating hardware, ensuring exceptional fluid containment and dependable zero-leakage performance across both low-pressure standbys and high-pressure operational cycles.

The main sealing ring body (shown in pink/magenta) is molded from specialized high-grade Fluororubber (FKM), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), or a premium Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite compound, delivering excellent thermal stability, low friction coefficients, and outstanding chemical resistance.

The internal energizer (shown in black) consists of a high-elasticity Nitrile Rubber (NBR) or Fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-ring designed to resist compression set and maintain a permanent elastic pre-load.
