Product Overview

The P16 type seal is a multi-component combined piston sealing set, consisting of one pressure ring, one support ring, and one to two V-shaped piston sealing rings. The product supports diversified material configurations, with pressure rings and rubber rings optional in NBR and FKM materials, and support rings available in NBR, FKM and POM. Designed for harsh and severe working conditions, this versatile V-seal assembly is widely adopted for the maintenance and replacement of old hydraulic equipment. It supports single-side pressure sealing and back-to-back double-sided pressure sealing installation, featuring strong adaptability to complex and extreme working scenarios.

Material Configuration
  • Pressure Ring & Rubber Ring: Optional NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and FKM (Fluororubber) materials. NBR features excellent elasticity and cost performance for conventional working conditions; FKM owns outstanding high-temperature resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance for harsh environments.
  • Support Ring: Available in NBR, FKM and POM materials. POM provides high rigidity and superior anti-extrusion performance; NBR and FKM offer elastic support and good medium adaptability, meeting different pressure and temperature level requirements.

Application Scope

Widely used in injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, marine hydraulic systems, scrap steel shearing machines, metallurgical equipment, special hydraulic cylinders and heavy-duty machinery.
