Characterized by ultra-high melt viscosity, the material is conventionally processed via powder compression molding followed by high-temperature sintering to produce components with smooth finished surface and superior dimensional stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of physical specifications, the resin features an average particle size of 32\u03bcm, bulk density of 0.29g\/mL and specific gravity of 2.17. It delivers outstanding mechanical performance with tensile strength of 54MPa and elongation at break of 500%, alongside a mold shrinkage rate of 3.7%. Its primary melting peak reaches 341\u00b0C and secondary melting peak stands at 324\u00b0C, endowing excellent high-temperature resistance.
