Product Overview

The P33 type seal is a high-performance combined piston seal consisting of a PTFE rectangular cross-section slip ring and an NBR rectangular loading ring. It is specially developed for the hydraulic cylinder piston sealing system of heavy machinery and metallurgical equipment. The seal is applicable to double-sided pressure-bearing piston working conditions, especially suitable for large-diameter piston applications. With composite material advantages of low friction, high pressure resistance and excellent thermal conductivity, it delivers stable and long-lasting sealing performance under heavy-duty and harsh cyclic working conditions.

Material Characteristics
  • PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Features high pressure resistance, outstanding extrusion resistance and excellent wear resistance. It provides low friction coefficient and good thermal conductivity, ensuring smooth piston movement without hydraulic crawling, greatly improving the stability and service life of dynamic sealing.
  • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Acts as a special-shaped elastic loading element. It generates high and uniform sealing contact pressure, effectively compensating for assembly gaps and pressure fluctuations to achieve reliable zero-leakage sealing under variable load conditions.

Application Scope

Widely applied in injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, marine hydraulic systems, manipulators, grinding machines, metallurgical machinery and large-scale hydraulic cylinders. It is the preferred sealing solution for heavy-duty and large-diameter piston sealing equipment.
