The P30 type seal is a two-piece combined coaxial seal specially designed for hydraulic piston single-side sealing. It consists of a profiled PTFE slip ring and an elastic O-ring serving as the preloading element. Available in NBR and FKM elastic material options, the product complies with ISO 7425/1 standard groove specifications for piston installation and supports piston rod design referencing the ISO 3320 standard. With excellent comprehensive performance, it is suitable for various medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems under complex and harsh working conditions.
- PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene): Features ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance and outstanding thermal conductivity. It operates smoothly without hydraulic crawling, maintains stable dynamic sealing for a long time, and possesses superior extrusion resistance to adapt to high-pressure harsh working conditions.
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Standard elastic material with good elasticity, stable preload performance and excellent medium resistance to common hydraulic oil, suitable for conventional temperature and standard industrial working conditions.
- FKM (Fluororubber): High-performance alternative material with high temperature resistance, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, applicable to high-temperature, corrosive and more severe working scenarios.
- Professional Single-side Piston Sealing: Optimized for piston single-side sealing working conditions, providing accurate and stable one-way sealing and pressure maintaining effect for hydraulic piston systems.
